As an Import Sales Executive, you will drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, securing cargo commitments, and nurturing long-term relationships with key importers.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Market Intelligence & Prospecting: Conduct active market research and weekly client visits to gather accurate intelligence on importers, log daily updates into the company's customer relationship management database (OVCRM), and distribute valuable sales leads.
* Client Management: Nurture existing client relationships while expanding the company’s market share by identifying new avenues of cooperation.

* Administrative Compliance: File arrival and departure notifications through the official national maritime portal (Inaportnet), coordinate quarantine permits, and manage dangerous goods clearances with local port authorities.
* Vessel Communication: Liaise with ship captains and chief officers to plan safe port stays, execute cargo pre-plans, and ensure smooth departures.
* Financial Tracking: Request necessary harbor dues, coordinate VTS payments, and process tax-exempt invoices for port services.
* Operational Reporting: Deliver structured vessel activity updates to the Operations Manager and compile comprehensive monthly reports for port authorities.

Candidate Qualifications:
* A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Maritime Transportation, or an equivalent major.
* At least 1 to 2 years of direct vessel operations experience (highly motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
