* Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any relevant field of study.
* Professional Experience: Ideally 1 to 2 years of proven experience working as a production or operational administrator within the mining sector.
* Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, with advanced capabilities in utilizing formulas (such as SUM, IF, VLOOKUP), performing complex data reconciliations, and designing interactive performance dashboards.
* Reporting Expertise: Proven track record of generating precise daily, weekly, and monthly mining production reports.
* Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of mining terminology and operational workflows, including overburden removal, resource extraction, hauling sequences, and stockpile management.
* Data Management: Comfortable processing large volumes of operational data, including fleet cycle times (trips), heavy equipment operating hours, and overall machinery productivity.
