Role: Launching Control
The Launching Control department serves as the backbone of our vehicle production cycles, ensuring that new models are brought to market efficiently and effectively.
* Monitor and synchronize new model launch projects from conception to completion.
* Oversee project timelines, trial runs, and overall production schedules.
* Act as the primary liaison between internal departments, affiliates, and external suppliers.
* Manage complex design changes and ensure parts readiness for seamless production flow.
* Prepare comprehensive project status reports and support all facets of vehicle launch operations.
Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, applicants must demonstrate a blend of technical aptitude and strong project management capabilities:
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering.
