## Role Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive professional who understands the nuances of the manufacturing landscape. To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
1. Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial equipment sector.
2. Industry Networking: A strong ability to communicate effectively and a proven track record of maintaining professional networks within industrial sectors.
3. Age Criteria: Applicants should be between 30 and 45 years of age.
4. Licensing: Possession of both a valid SIM A (car) and SIM C (motorcycle) driver’s license is mandatory.
5. Strategic Insight: You must be capable of contributing to the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies.
6. Language Skills: Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential. While not required, fluency in Japanese will be considered a significant competitive advantage.
