## 1. Company Doctor (Dokter Perusahaan)
The Company Doctor will oversee the clinical operations of the corporate medical facility to ensure optimal health services for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operational activities of the company clinic according to established targets.
* Follow work schedules and maintain patient-centric healthcare service standards.
Job Requirements:
* Hold a Bachelor's degree in Medicine (S-1 Profesi Kedokteran).
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Company Doctor.
* Possess an active Practice License (SIP).
* Certified in ATLS and ACLS.
* Hold a valid Hyperkes certification for doctors.
* Maximum age of 35 years old.
## 2. Staff Mine Plan
The Staff Mine Plan plays a crucial role in developing accurate mining designs and ensuring efficient production workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create comprehensive mine designs, including pits, ramps, waste dumps, and mine drainage systems.
* Calculate mineable reserves for designed pits.
* Develop mine schedules incorporating production plans (life of mine, yearly, quarterly) alongside unit capability, roster, and material balance calculations.
* Distribute and control mine designs and production targets to relevant divisions and mining contractors.
* Execute redesigns promptly based on mining progress and updated coal models.
* Monitor remaining minable reserves periodically and evaluate contractor short-term plans monthly.
* Coordinate with internal departments and contractors regarding mine planning.
* Prepare comprehensive operational reports, including monthly, quarterly, and RKAB reports, alongside the Supervisor Mine Plan.
* Process survey data, geological modeling projects, geotechnical analyses, and actual production figures.
* Correct technical mining issues on-site and halt operations during emergencies (e.g., landslides, critical safety threats).
Job Requirements:
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent.
* Psychological Traits: Strong self-belief, resilience, teamwork-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Training & Certifications: Mine Feasibility Study, Long-Term & Short-Term Mine Planning, Coal Reserve Estimation, Minescape/AutoCAD/Arcisoft software proficiency, Mining Infrastructure Planning, Mine Reclamation Planning, and OHS and Environmental Principles.
* Technical Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, strong knowledge of mine planning applications (Minescape, AutoCAD, Agisoft, ArcGIS), and GPS equipment operation. Thorough understanding of OHS and environmental regulations.
## 3. HR Administrator (Admin HR)
The HR Administrator ensures seamless administrative operations within the HRD section to maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage HRD administrative tasks to ensure proper data documentation.
* Record daily employee attendance, overtime orders, and input data into the database.
* Process transfer lists, salary deductions, and BPJS contribution calculations.
* Organize incoming correspondence, site exit permits, leave requests, and other HR documents.
* Handle general administrative duties assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D-3) graduate.
* At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
* Female candidates, maximum 30 years old.
* Excellent computer literacy and strong work ethic.
* Willing to be placed at remote job sites in North Kalimantan.
## 4. Foreman Electrical
The Foreman Electrical coordinates and supervises all mechanical and electrical installations, maintenance, and testing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate M/E new installations and maintenance activities with internal teams and third-party partners.
* Monitor, inspect, and test internal and external mechanical and electrical work.
* Execute regular inspections of mining equipment installations and sign official inspection reports.
* Implement maintenance schedules for mining tools and facilities (SPIP).
* Ensure strict adherence to OHS, operational safety (KO), and environmental standards.
* Supervise subordinate safety and welfare.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D-3) in Electronic Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an M/E Supervisor.
* Skilled in electronic equipment repair.
* Certified Electric OHS Expert and POP certification (preferred).
