## Open Position: Production Operator

Core Responsibilities
* Operational Execution: Operate production machinery strictly in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Quality Assurance: Monitor processing parameters—such as temperature, pressure, and timing—to ensure that every batch meets rigorous quality specifications.
* Equipment Maintenance: Perform thorough pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and coordinate effectively with the maintenance department.
* Compliance and Safety: Maintain a pristine, hygienic work environment while upholding the highest standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety (K3).
* Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs regarding production output, equipment downtime, defect rates, and operational challenges.
* Continuous Improvement: Participate proactively in process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
