## Key Responsibilities of the HRGA Manager
Stepping into this pivotal management role requires a comprehensive approach to workforce optimization, administrative governance, and employee engagement. The selected candidate will oversee several core operational pillars:
* Staff Management & Talent Acquisition: Spearhead recruitment strategies, onboarding protocols, and workforce planning to secure top-tier talent.
* Global Performance Management: Design and implement robust performance evaluation frameworks aligned with international corporate standards.
* HR & GA Administration: Supervise daily human resources and general affairs operations to ensure seamless facility and administrative workflows.
* Compensation, Benefits & PPH21: Manage comprehensive reward structures, employee benefits packages, and accurate local tax administration (PPH21).
* Policies, Procedures, & Legal Compliance: Formulate, update, and enforce internal HR policies while ensuring strict adherence to Indonesian labor laws and legal regulations.
* Employee Relations: Foster a harmonious workplace culture by mediating conflicts, boosting morale, and driving strategic engagement initiatives.
* Company Asset Management: Oversee the inventory, allocation, and maintenance of corporate assets to maximize operational efficiency.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

Educational Background
* A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Master’s Degree (S2) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a closely related discipline.
Professional Experience
* At least 7 years of progressive working experience, with a proven track record operating as an HR Department Head or in a senior management capacity.
* Preferred Advantage: Prior professional experience working within a Korean corporate environment, particularly within the IT or technology sector.
