## Career Opportunity: Security Management System Section Head
LRT Jakarta is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join its team as a Security Management System Section Head. This critical role is responsible for maintaining the safety and integrity of the transit infrastructure through rigorous security standards and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead the security initiatives for the organization, focusing on the following core areas:
* Strategic Security Planning: Design and develop the company’s Security Management System (SMP) to ensure full alignment with corporate business strategies and National Vital Object (Obvitnas) regulations.
* Budgeting and Resource Management: Formulate annual budgets for manpower, technical devices, and security systems to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Risk Mitigation: Oversee the creation and updating of vital security documentation, including Security Risk Assessments, Risk Registers, HIRADC, and IADL for all operational areas and expansion projects, such as Phase 1B.
* Operational Oversight: Manage the implementation of security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), provide administrative supervision for vendor contracts, and lead periodic internal and external security audits.
Required Qualifications
To thrive in this position, candidates should possess the following expertise and credentials:
* Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years in a supervisory role, with proven experience in security management within public transportation, national vital objects, or other high-risk industries.
Professional Certification: Possession of Gada Madya or Gada Utama* certifications is highly preferred. Additionally, holding a certification as an SMP Auditor, SMK3 Auditor, or ISO Auditor is required.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Deep understanding of ISO 31000 standards.
* Competence in developing Security Risk Assessments and comprehensive Security Plans.
Expertise in the implementation of Perpol No. 7 Tahun 2019, Perpol No. 1 Tahun 2023, and Perban No. 3 Tahun 2020* (Obvitnas Standards).
* Solid grasp of Integrated Security Systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Alarm systems, and Command Center management.
* Facilitation Skills: Must hold a Training of Trainer (TOT) certification from the BNSP.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven track record of managing effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
