Position: Personnel Support
As a Personnel Support team member, your primary responsibility revolves around managing employee data administration, handling comprehensive HR operations, and supporting daily human resources workflows seamlessly.
Key Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law, Management, or a closely related field.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office applications—with a heavy emphasis on advanced Excel skills—and familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), specifically Oracle.
* Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and the Job Creation Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan & UU Cipta Kerja).
