## Job Details: Operator Production
PT KEWPIE Indonesia is currently seeking a motivated individual to join the production floor at their central facility. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that manufacturing lines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while adhering to strict industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
* Maintain high levels of product quality, safety, and hygiene on the manufacturing floor.
* Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report mechanical anomalies promptly.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
* Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and food safety regulations.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
* Educational Background: Minimum Senior High School (SMA / SMK) graduate or equivalent.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of general working experience. Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
* Cognitive Skills: Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning capabilities for effective problem-solving on the shop floor.
* Soft Skills: Excellent time management skills, strong communication abilities, and proven capability to work collaboratively within a team.
