## Job Role: Smelter Worker
As a Smelter Worker, you will play a critical role in the daily operational success of our state-of-the-art aluminum processing facility. This position demands resilience, adaptability, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and productive industrial environment.
Core Responsibilities
* Support daily smelter operational activities in strict accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Perform duties efficiently within heavy industrial zones subject to high-temperature environments.
* Execute on-site tasks and operational directives assigned by direct supervisors.
* Uphold and strictly adhere to all Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE / K3) standards.
Candidate Qualifications
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent from any academic major.
* Experience: At least 3 years of hands-in professional experience working in smelter operations, metal casting or foundry plants, or heavy manufacturing industries involving high-heat processes.
* Physical Fitness: Excellent physical health and stamina, with the proven ability to thrive in high-temperature working conditions.
* Work Arrangement: Fully willing to work flexible shift schedules, rotational rosters, and be permanently based at our jobsite in Bulungan, North Kalimantan.
