* Educational Background: Fresh graduates holding a D4 or S1 degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agrotechnology, Agricultural Product Technology, Soil Science, Plant Pests and Diseases, or Plantation Production Management.
* Commitment to Learning: Must be prepared to undergo a mandatory 6-month intensive training program.
* Service Obligation: Willingness to fulfill a 2-year service bond upon completion of the training.
* Mobility: Full readiness to be stationed at our plantation sites located in East Kalimantan or West Kalimantan.
