## Role Overview: Management Trainee Factory
As a Management Trainee at our manufacturing facility, you will undergo rigorous development designed to mold you into a future operational leader. Your day-to-day responsibilities will bridge strategic planning and hands-on factory execution, ensuring our production goals align seamlessly with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute all operational tasks in strict alignment with corporate objectives and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Formulate comprehensive strategic plans derived from overarching company goals.
* Conduct thorough market and operational research, gathering and processing data objectively.
* Analyze complex data sets to troubleshoot problems and drive decisive, solution-oriented decision-making.
* Drive continuous improvement and sustainable optimization across all business facets.
* Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and skill-building programs for factory personnel.
* Monitor, control, and evaluate operational workflows across the board.
* Deliver periodic reports and present performance outcomes to senior management.
* Maintain full accountability for the execution of assigned duties and professional responsibilities.
## Candidate Qualifications

Essential Requirements
* Hold at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major, with a strong preference for Engineering disciplines.
* Willingness to commit to a mandatory 4-year Management Trainee service bond.
* Professional proficiency in English, encompassing both verbal and written communication.
* Solid understanding and practical knowledge of flowchart design and process mapping.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel/Spreadsheets, and PowerPoint).
* Tech-savvy with a natural familiarity with modern IT systems and manufacturing technologies.
* Exceptional capacity to learn quickly and perform effectively under high-pressure conditions.
* Complete willingness to be stationed anywhere across our operational networks in Indonesia.
