## General Requirements for Applicants
To maintain our high standards of delivery, all candidates must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Educational Background:
* For Foreman and senior technical roles: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, with a preference for Mechanical or Piping specializations.
* For Helper and specific technical roles: Vocational High School (SMK) diploma.
* Experience:
* A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the same position within the EPC Power Plant or Oil & Gas industries is required for senior/foreman roles.
* A minimum of 1 year of experience is required for entry-level or helper positions.
* Professional Attributes: Candidates must be responsible, hardworking, disciplined, and demonstrate fluency in English.
* Mobility: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at our various project sites across Indonesia.
