We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Operator to join our dynamic team in Cilamaya, Karawang. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at one of the most technologically advanced power facilities in the region. ## Key Responsibilities and Scope
As a Junior Operator, you will perform essential operational duties under the direct supervision of the Shift Leader and Unit Controller. Your core responsibilities include:
* Monitoring and controlling power plant systems and equipment according to established safety protocols.
* Assisting in the smooth functioning of the Combined Cycle Power (CCP) station.
* Utilizing technical knowledge to interpret logic diagrams and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
* Supporting plant maintenance and operational processes to ensure continuous energy output.
## Required Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate a strong technical foundation and a commitment to operational safety. We invite applications from professionals who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant work experience, preferably within a power generation environment.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CCP operations, water chemistry, and the ability to interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
* Communication: Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
* Cognitive Abilities: Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and a thorough approach to problem-solving.
* Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work according to a rotating shift schedule.
