## 1. Production Administrator
As a Production Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless daily operations by maintaining accurate data records and facilitating cross-departmental communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Input daily production reports efficiently and accurately into the company's enterprise system.
* Conduct routine and meticulous stock opname procedures to reconcile inventory levels.
* Collaborate and coordinate closely with supervisors and various internal departments to streamline workflow.
Candidate Requirements:
* Open to male and female applicants.
* Minimum education level of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any relevant major.
* At least 1 year of proven working experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Highly detail-oriented, diligent, disciplined, and assertive in task execution.
* Familiarity and hands-on experience with SAP systems will be considered a distinct advantage.
## 2. Shift Technician / Maintenance Specialist
The Maintenance Technician is tasked with ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of all operational machinery, utilities, and facility infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Engineering Foreman in executing daily maintenance schedules and facility upkeep.
* Perform professional welding procedures, specifically utilizing GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) and/or SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) techniques.
* Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery, utility systems, and building infrastructure.
Candidate Requirements:
* Educational background: Vocational High School (SMK) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, OR a Diploma (D3) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
* Educational major must be in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Demonstrated expertise in GTAW and SMAW welding methods.
* Strong technical comprehension of electrical circuits and wiring systems.
* Proficient in operating and troubleshooting workshop machine tools.
