## Current Vacancies
1. Mechanical Engineer
Placement: Griya Praja & Griya Nata
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in mining facility construction. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Microsoft Project/Primavera P6 is mandatory. A POP certification is highly preferred.
* Key Responsibilities: Review mechanical designs for constructability, supervise site construction, resolve technical challenges during project execution, and ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) mining standards.
2. Mine Operations Dept. Head
Placement: Jakarta (Initial) transitioning to Wahau minesite
* Requirements: 10–15 years of senior-level experience in reputable coal mining. Must possess deep expertise in KIT and POU regulations, along with proven success in managing budgets, schedules, and large-scale mining operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily coal mining activities, optimize production targets, monitor contractor KPIs, manage cost control, and ensure compliance with mining regulations and safety protocols.
3. Construction Manager (Mechanical)
Placement: Bengalon
* Requirements: Over 15 years of experience in bulk material handling, coal processing, and piping engineering. Must be proficient in FIDIC 2017, SNI, ASTM, and ASME standards. Strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams is essential.
* Key Responsibilities: Lead EPC construction projects, prepare project schedules (Gantt/S-curve), conduct budget control, and manage QA/QC procedures, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
4. Long Term Mine Planning Engineer
Placement: Jakarta
* Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mine or Geological Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience. Must be highly skilled in mine planning software such as Minescape or MineX and possess a solid understanding of KCMI codes.
* Key Responsibilities: Develop long-term mine plans, perform pit optimization and coal reserve estimations, conduct feasibility studies, and execute economic evaluations for mining expansions.
5. Geotechnical Engineer
Placement: Jakarta (with site travel required)
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering with 5 years of experience. Must be proficient in Geo5, Slide, and AutoCAD, with the ability to interpret SPT, CPT, and laboratory data.
* Key Responsibilities: Analyze slope stability and foundation bearing capacity, oversee soil investigations (drilling/testing), and develop risk mitigation strategies for geotechnical hazards.
6. Document Controller (CSAG)
Placement: Site Wahau – Askara
* Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in document management systems like Aconex or SharePoint. High attention to detail and strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite are required.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee the registration and storage of project documentation, maintain version control, ensure compliance with project standards, and generate status reports for management.
