## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a Lab Analyst, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of manufacturing excellence that PT Industri Karet Nusantara is known for. Your daily duties will encompass:
* Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous quality checks on production outputs, raw materials, chemicals, and fuel utilized specifically within the Resiprene Plant.
* Asset Management: Maintain, care for, and properly upkeep all laboratory equipment and assets.
* Production Support: Assist in the preparation phases of manufacturing as well as final product dispatch.
* Documentation: Prepare comprehensive quality and quantity documentation required for seamless product shipping.
* Operational Excellence: Apply principles of efficiency and effectiveness across all daily laboratory operations.
* Compliance: Strictly implement and adhere to Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles alongside existing management systems.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this exciting career opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Chemical Analysis, Industrial Chemistry, Laboratory Testing Analysis, or general Chemistry.
* Age Restriction: Must be between 21 and 28 years of age.

* Academic Performance: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.75 on a 4.00 scale.
