## General and Specific Candidate Qualifications

* Positions 1 & 2 (Operators): Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent.

Professional Experience
* Candidates applying for positions 1 through 3 must possess a minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in their respective fields.
* Applicants for the Admin Warehouse role must demonstrate hands-on expertise in Inventory Controls.
Certifications and Licenses
* Candidates for the Operator Concrete Pump and Operator TMC roles are strictly required to hold a valid Operator License (SIO) and a General B2 Driver’s License (SIM B2 Umum).
Geographic Location
* Applicants for the Admin Warehouse position must be current residents of North Kalimantan (Kaltara).
