## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

As an Environmental Enforcement Sanction Analysis Staff, you will act as a critical pillar in maintaining ecological accountability across the sprawling industrial complex. Your day-to-day operations will directly safeguard environmental standards through rigorous evaluations and systematic tracking.

* Audit and Compliance Evaluation: Analyze findings from environmental supervision, inspections, and audits to measure adherence levels and pinpoint regulatory breaches.
* Sanction Formulation: Classify identified infractions and develop structured follow-up recommendations alongside appropriate administrative sanctions in line with prevailing laws.
Systematic Documentation: Draft comprehensive evaluation reports, official reports (berita acara*), and accurate documentation regarding compliance results.
* Corrective Action Tracking: Monitor the execution of corrective actions and follow-up measures until violations are fully resolved and closed out.
* Database Management: Maintain and update the environmental violation database, tracking resolution statuses and supplementary data for reporting frameworks.
* Permitting Review: Assess environmental licensing documents, reporting duties, and overall compliance obligations for both the main corporation and tenant companies.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with technical, legal, and compliance divisions during evaluation, guidance, and enforcement phases.
* Management Reporting: Assist in formulating environmental compliance summaries for executive management and relevant government authorities.
* Risk Mitigation: Provide expert insights to strengthen environmental compliance control systems and mitigate future regulatory risks.

## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background
