We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Serang as a Warehouse Admin.
## Role Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Admin, you will be the backbone of our local logistics operations. You will ensure that our inventory flows seamlessly and that our distribution standards remain world-class. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Inventory Management: Overseeing product intake and verifying that all incoming shipments strictly match our quality and quantity standards.
* Storage Optimization: Implementing and maintaining storage protocols based on the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles.
* Accuracy Oversight: Maintaining rigorous control over stock conditions and documenting all movements to ensure the alignment of physical inventory with digital records.
* Reporting and Audits: Conducting regular stock opname procedures and preparing detailed operational reports to support management decision-making.
## Required Qualifications
To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate discipline, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach to warehouse logistics. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum D3 degree in any major with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with at least one year of professional experience in warehouse operations.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an advanced command of Microsoft Excel.
* Knowledge Base: A solid understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control principles.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, extreme attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Additional Requirements:
* Male candidate with a maximum age of 35 years.
* Possession of a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a car.
* Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near the placement area (Serang).
