## 1. Accounting Supervisor

The Accounting Supervisor will play a vital role in maintaining financial integrity and ensuring that all reporting meets rigorous corporate standards across Indika Energy Holding and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee financial transaction recording to guarantee absolute compliance with regulatory and internal standards, spanning general ledgers, cash management, and tax transactions.
* Conduct thorough account reconciliations and controls, covering balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and bank accounts.
* Prepare comprehensive internal management reports and external compliance documents, including consolidated financial statements, cash flow statements, and budget reports.
* Manage cost accounting and budgeting duties, such as direct and indirect cost allocations, variance analyses, and annual budget preparations.
* Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and credit control functions while maintaining accurate transactional data entry and verification.

Candidate Qualifications:
* Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

* Possess a minimum of 2 years of professional working experience within a Public Accounting Firm (KAP / Kantor Akuntan Publik).

* Manage end-to-end accounts payable procedures, including rigorous invoice verification against purchase orders, delivery confirmations, and proper management approvals.
* Authorize and process timely vendor payments while reconciling ledgers to detect irregularities and validate financial transactions.

## 3. Human Capital Generalist Supervisor

The Human Capital Generalist Supervisor will manage various HR functions, ensuring seamless employee experiences from onboarding to offboarding while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Indika Energy Holding and subsidiaries—covering requisition requests, candidate screening, interviewing, benchmarking, contract generation, onboarding, and offboarding.
* Administer the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), tracking employee data, leave management, and career progression.
* Ensure total human capital compliance, managing expatriate work permits (RPTKA, KITAS, SKTT, STM) and official manpower reporting.
* Coordinate group headcount reporting on a quarterly and annual basis alongside finance, sustainability, and corporate secretarial teams.
* Support human capital budgeting, health insurance administration, training logistics, and invoice processing.
* Assist with performance management, organizational development, job evaluations, and related HR project execution.

Candidate Qualifications:
* Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.
* Require a minimum of 3 years of hands-on working experience within a generalist HR capacity.
* Bring prior experience managing HRIS databases and human resources procedures.
* Demonstrate cross-functional adaptability with finance, operations, and IT departments.
* Possess outstanding recruitment, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.

## 4. Compensation & Benefit Lead

The Compensation & Benefit Lead will oversee payroll administration, employee rewards structures, and statutory compliance to safeguard data integrity and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the complete monthly payroll cycle while ensuring full adherence to government regulations and Indonesian labor laws.
* Handle the registration, administration, and timely processing of statutory contributions, including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan.
* Prepare and submit monthly and annual PPh21 tax reports while delivering individual employee tax receipts.
* Maintain strict data security and precision within the HRIS database during entry processes.
* Administer C&B documentation while upholding absolute confidentiality regarding payroll and personal records.
* Liaise with external stakeholders, regulatory representatives, and insurance providers.

Candidate Qualifications:
* Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
* Accumulate 3 to 5 years of specialized experience in payroll management or related rewards roles, preferably within the FMCG or financial sectors (banking, capital markets, or insurance).
* Demonstrate familiarity with HRIS platforms, e-SPT, the DJP system, e-Dabu, and SIPP applications.
* Possess a thorough working knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, PPh21 taxation, and BPJS implementation.
* Display strong computer literacy across MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Offer excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
