## Open Positions and Requirements
We are looking for talented individuals to fill various roles across our production, engineering, and administrative departments.
Engineering & Project Management
* Project Engineer: Requires a D3/S1 in Engineering, at least 2 years of project management experience, proficiency in technical drawing, and strong coordination skills.
* Estimator: Requires a D3/S1 in Engineering, 3+ years of experience, expert knowledge of material take-offs, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Drafter: Requires a D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, 1+ year of experience, and strong command of AutoCAD and technical schematics.
* Assistant Production Engineer: Requires a D3/S1 in Engineering, 2+ years of production/fabrication experience, and familiarity with flame or laser cutting processes.
* Quality Engineer: Requires a D3/S1 in Engineering, 2+ years of QA/QC experience, and a solid understanding of ISO 9001 standards and inspection protocols.
Production, Fabrication, and Technical Roles
* Welder (FCAW) & TIG Welder (GTAW): Requires a minimum High School/Vocational diploma, 1+ year of experience, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Relevant welding certifications are a distinct advantage.
* Fitter: Requires a minimum High School/Vocational diploma and 1+ year of relevant fitting experience.
* HWU Mechanic: Requires a Vocational diploma in Mechanical Engineering, 2+ years of experience, and expertise in hydraulic systems and troubleshooting.
* CNC Machinist: Requires a minimum High School/Vocational diploma, 2+ years of experience, and the ability to operate CNC Milling/Turning machinery.
* Operator CNC Flame Cutter: Requires a minimum High School/Vocational diploma, 1+ year of experience, and knowledge of cutting parameters.
* Painter: Requires a minimum High School/Vocational diploma, 1+ year of experience in surface preparation, and painting techniques.
* Assistant Fabrication Supervisor: Requires a D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years of experience, and strong leadership capabilities.
* Assistant Fabrication Leader: Requires a minimum High School/Vocational diploma, 2+ years of fabrication experience, and proven leadership skills.
* QA/QC Inspector: Requires a minimum High School/Vocational diploma, 1+ year of experience, and proficiency with basic measurement tools.
Administrative and Support Services
* Project Admin: Requires a D3/S1 in any major, 1+ year of administrative experience, strong communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
* Purchasing Officer: Requires a D3/S1 in any major, 1+ year in procurement, and strong negotiation capabilities.
* Production Runner: Requires a minimum High School/Vocational diploma, 1+ year of production experience, and excellent communication skills.
* Storeman: Requires a minimum High School/Vocational diploma, 1+ year of experience, inventory management skills, and a high level of integrity.
* Tool Crib Technical & Store Inventory: Requires a Vocational diploma, 1+ year in tool management, and strong organizational skills.
## General Qualifications
