## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
As a Utility Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless daily operation of our facility's core infrastructure. Your primary duties will focus on supporting production lines through diligent oversight and maintenance of essential plant systems.
* Facility Operation: Operate, monitor, and maintain vital utility systems, including Air Conditioning units, industrial compressors, chillers, and advanced Water Treatment Systems.
* Performance Monitoring: Keep accurate, up-to-date daily operational logs and submit comprehensive reports to management.
* Preventive Maintenance: Execute routine inspections and proactive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment efficiency, reduce wear and tear, and prevent unexpected downtime.
* Troubleshooting: Quickly identify mechanical or electrical anomalies and implement effective corrective solutions.
* Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to company safety protocols, environmental standards, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations during all work activities.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following educational and professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant technical fields.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working as a Utility Operator. Candidates with a background in a manufacturing plant will receive strong preference.
* Technical Competence: Solid understanding of compressors, chillers, and secondary production support systems.
* Safety Awareness: Fundamental knowledge of workplace safety standards (K3).
* Work Flexibility: Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule.
