## Role Overview: Talent Acquisition & Development Staff
As an integral member of the human resources division, you will directly influence workforce strategy, employee assessment frameworks, and comprehensive learning programs. This position demands a meticulous professional who can seamlessly bridge psychological insights with operational execution to support Honda's world-class manufacturing standards.
Main Responsibilities
* Assessment Center Management: Oversee the comprehensive preparation, seamless execution, active administration, and thorough documentation of Assessment Center activities.
* Report Generation: Draft insightful assessment reports paired with strategic, competency-based development recommendations for participants.
* Data & Talent Management: Maintain, update, and manage sophisticated databases concerning organizational assessments, talent pools, and ongoing employee development trajectories.
* Succession Planning: Actively support critical talent reviews, detailed talent mapping exercises, and long-term succession planning processes.
* Training Coordination: Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of both internal and external training programs.
* Program Documentation: Prepare high-quality training materials, vital administrative paperwork, and exhaustive program documentation.
* Evaluation Metrics: Closely monitor, measure, and evaluate the overall effectiveness and ROI of diverse training and development initiatives.
## Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology from a reputable institution.
* Professional Experience: Bring 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience specializing in Assessment, Talent Management, Recruitment, or Learning & Development.
* Technical Expertise: Demonstrate certified proficiency in administering, scoring, and interpreting complex psychological assessment tools.
* Conceptual Knowledge: Possess a robust understanding of competency-based assessment models and modern employee development frameworks.
* L&D Proficiency: Exhibit working knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), curriculum development, and training effectiveness evaluations.
* Organizational Skills: Display a proven ability to independently organize, schedule, and coordinate multifaceted training and leadership development programs.
* Communication: Maintain a strong command of the English language, covering both written correspondence and verbal articulation.
* Software Literacy: Show advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
