## Open Positions at PT Hasnur Cipta Karya
Infrastructure and Engineering Roles
1. Project Leader (Infrastructure): Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with experience in workshop construction. Must be capable of coordinating project implementation and managing total budget planning.
2. Engineering (Infrastructure)
3. Supervisor
4. K3 (Health, Safety, and Environment): Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Must have experience in infrastructure projects and the ability to implement and monitor project-specific Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE/K3) SOPs.
5. Drafter: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least three years of experience in workshop or building construction. Must be proficient in AutoCAD, LDD, and Civil 3D.
6. Planner/Admin (Equipment)
7. Surveyor: Degree in Geodesy with at least five years of experience in road and bridge construction. Must be proficient in Total Station, Waterpass, and RTK operations; drone mapping skills are highly valued.
8. Site Administration: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Civil Engineering. Must have experience as an Accounts Payable (AP) officer and be capable of managing petty cash and operational expense reporting.

10. Senior Civil Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least five years of experience. Must be capable of creating Budget Activity Plans (RAP), overseeing Detailed Engineering Design (DED), and supervising construction. Willingness to travel for site visits is required (Head Office: South Jakarta).
Specialized Construction and Technical Roles
11. Supervisor (Building & Infrastructure): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with three years of experience in building or steel workshop construction. Must be proficient in quality control and structural design (Location: Jababeka).
12. Supervisor (Steel): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least three years of experience in steel structures and factory construction. Must possess deep knowledge of construction materials (Location: Jababeka).
13. Project Leader (Workshop): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with proven experience in workshop construction and budget planning (Location: Cikarang).
14. Project Leader (Land Clearing & Water Management): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Forestry, Soil Science, or Geology. Must understand land clearing, block design, Geodatabase updates, and water management systems in palm oil plantations (Location: South Kalimantan).
