To support ongoing operational expansion, the management is actively seeking a skilled candidate to fill the role of Production Operator specializing in the second process. This position plays a critical role in ensuring component accuracy, mechanical finishing, and product quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
Candidates aiming for this position must meet specific professional criteria to ensure they can handle advanced workshop machinery and technical blueprints effectively.
* Gender: Male applicants only.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA or SMK), with a major in a technical field (Engineering) strongly preferred.
* Work Experience: At least 2 years of proven hands-on experience working as a Production Operator in a manufacturing facility.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and applying technical drawings and blueprints.
* Measurement Skills: Demonstrated ability to accurately operate precision measuring tools, including micrometers and vernier calipers.
* Machinery Expertise: Capable of operating various manual workshop machines—such as Lathes (Bubut), Milling machines, Drilling units, Welding equipment, and Grinding tools—specifically for continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
* Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities paired with a proactive mindset toward workflow optimization and Kaizen methodologies.
* Work Arrangement: Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
