1. SPV Store Project & Development
* Location: Semarang
* Role Overview: Oversee retail store development, renovation projects, and interior implementations to ensure alignment with brand aesthetics and strategic business goals.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in store development, retail projects, renovations, or interior design.
* Strong grasp of renovation processes, material sourcing, vendor coordination, and field execution.
* Exceptional knowledge of spatial layout, interior design, visual merchandising, and store aesthetics.
* Proven project management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable meeting strict deadlines, managing budgets, and adhering to project timelines.
* Prior coaching or team-training experience is considered a strong advantage.
* Willingness to travel for business needs as required.
2. Area Sales Manager
* Locations: Tangerang, South Sumatra, Sulawesi, and Kalimantan

3. Video Editor
* Location: Semarang
* Role Overview: Produce high-quality digital video content, manage post-production workflows, and ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines across various social media formats.
* Execute professional video editing, including cutting, pacing, subtitling, and basic audio sweetening.
* Design motion graphics, typography, lower thirds, feature callouts, and clean transitions.
* Maintain rigorous output quality across multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, and 16:9) while strictly adhering to brand standards.
* Oversee the end-to-end editing workflow from initial briefs and first cuts to revisions, final delivery, and organized file versioning.
