1. Retail Trainer
As a Retail Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of our sales and service teams.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* Experience: 1–2 years as a Trainer or Instructor, preferably within the automotive, electric bicycle, or mobile phone retail sectors.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Design and develop comprehensive training modules covering sales techniques, product knowledge, service standards, and SOPs.
* Conduct both classroom and field-based training sessions.
* Implement evaluation systems (pre-tests, post-tests, and feedback loops).
* Perform post-training analysis to drive continuous improvement.
* Manage training documentation and generate performance reports.
2. General Affair Specialist
The General Affair Specialist ensures that our daily operational activities run smoothly and remain in full compliance with local regulations.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Administration, Accounting, Management, Taxation, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in General Affairs.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Oversee company administration and supporting operational workflows.
* Manage vehicle licensing processes specifically for electric bicycles and motorcycles.
* Facilitate the issuance of vehicle registration certificates (STNK) for electric units.
* Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Coordinate effectively with external government agencies and stakeholders.
* Possession of a valid SIM A/C license is considered a significant advantage.
3. Retail Performance & Operations Supervisor
We are seeking a results-oriented leader to oversee our retail operations and drive consistent store excellence.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines.
* Experience: At least 2 years in Retail Operations, Area Supervision, Store Development, or similar leadership functions.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
* Manage team performance, operational budgets, and time-sensitive project timelines.
* Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills for reporting and planning.
* Engage in high-level communication, coordination, and negotiation with internal and external parties.
* Willingness to travel for out-of-town business assignments.
* Prior experience in the electric bike or automotive retail industry is highly preferred.
