Key Responsibilities
As an Admin Permit, your day-to-day duties will encompass a variety of critical administrative and coordination tasks:
* Document Verification: Thoroughly review and verify all prerequisite documents submitted for Mine Permits and company Driver/Operator Permits (SIMPER) at PT GAM.
* Issuance Management: Handle the end-to-end processing, printing, and official issuance of Mine Permits and SIMPERs.
* Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal users regarding the status and release of permits.
* HSE Support: Provide comprehensive administrative backing to general Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) systems and the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department.
* Consultation & Compliance: Engage in professional discussions and reviews concerning permit documentation to ensure strict adherence to internal regulations.
* Database Maintenance: Keep the digital Mine Permit and SIMPER database meticulously updated, secure, and accurately organized.
