## Business Development / Sales Manager
As the Business Development / Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary ambassador for Esin Group in Indonesia. This role is designed for a dynamic professional who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and navigating the complexities of international business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Engagement: Lead both online and in-person consultations, manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from proposals to contract execution—and ensure seamless payment coordination.
* Strategic Advisory: Provide expert guidance to foreign investors regarding PT PMA (foreign-owned company) formation, business visa acquisition, and local office leasing.
* Operational Excellence: Collaborate with our accounting division to ensure a superior client experience and maintain consistent communication with our Singapore and China offices to align regional strategies.
* Market Expansion: Proactively target high-net-worth individuals and international corporations to foster new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
* Branch Leadership: Oversee the infrastructure and operational setup of the new Jakarta branch, establishing KPIs and reporting directly to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
* Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to support our diverse international clientele.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years in business development, corporate services, or consultancy.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Proficiency in Indonesian company incorporation laws (PT PMA) and immigration processes.

## Accounting and Tax Manager
The Accounting and Tax Manager is a pivotal role focused on ensuring financial integrity and regulatory compliance. You will oversee the fiscal health of both our client companies—specifically PT PMA entities—and our internal operations in Indonesia.

* Compliance Oversight: Manage end-to-end accounting, monthly bookkeeping, and tax filings while ensuring strict adherence to Indonesian financial regulations.
* Financial Operations: Supervise the accounting functions of our local group entities and support foreign clients through complex procedures, including bank account establishment.
* Process Development: Define and implement robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure standardized service delivery.

Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years in accounting, tax compliance, or auditing within a corporate or consulting environment.
* Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian tax laws, financial reporting standards, and PT PMA regulatory frameworks.
* Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
