1. Tender Administration
The Tender Administration specialist plays a pivotal role in securing new opportunities and ensuring our proposals are competitive and compliant.
* Prepare, organize, and compile comprehensive tender documents tailored to project requirements.
* Coordinate across internal departments to gather necessary technical and commercial documentation.
* Manage the end-to-end submission process to ensure strict adherence to deadlines and procedures.
* Track and follow up on the status of active tenders while maintaining a detailed project database.

* Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in any field.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tender administration, preferably within fabrication, construction, or the oil and gas sector.
* Deep understanding of tender processes, documentation, and contractual requirements.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Management Representative

* Oversee the implementation and ongoing development of the company’s management systems.
* Manage and monitor compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001).
* Serve as the primary liaison between executive management and external auditors or certification bodies.
* Control and evaluate system documentation to ensure accuracy and readiness for audits.
* Conduct internal audits and lead corrective action monitoring.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure full compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
* At least 2 years of experience as a Management Representative, QHSE professional, or ISO system coordinator.
* Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
* Proven experience in internal and external audit procedures within the fabrication, construction, or EPC industries.
