As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will report directly to the Legal Manager Operations, delivering comprehensive legal counsel across procurement, operational, project-based, and foundational business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Contract Lifecycle Management: Prepare, draft, and negotiate complex agreements covering services, purchasing, drilling, workover, marine charter, facility sharing, Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Engineering Procurement Construction Installation (EPCI), and Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
