## Available Positions
We are currently accepting applications for ambitious fresh graduates and early-career professionals with up to two years of experience. All candidates must possess excellent English communication skills and advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel (including Visual Basic).
1. Production Engineer
Requirements: D4/S1 degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives to resolve production bottlenecks.
* Optimize manufacturing workflows to minimize lead times and maximize on-time delivery.
* Analyze production data—including NCRs, rework rates, and capacity—using Six Sigma/DPMO metrics.
* Maintain rigorous shop floor documentation and provide technical support for transformer manufacturing designs.
2. Planning Specialist
Requirements: D4/S1 degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Develop and maintain Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to optimize stock levels.
* Collaborate with purchasing, design, warehouse, and finance departments to manage project schedules from Purchase Order (PO) to final handover.
* Align production planning with factory capacity and contractual delivery milestones.
* Monitor material availability to ensure seamless production execution.
3. Testing Engineer
Requirements: S1 degree in Electrical Engineering and a history of active participation in organizational activities.
* Prepare transformers for rigorous routine, type, and special electrical tests.
* Ensure control panels are fully functional and tested according to specifications.
* Facilitate Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) by explaining procedures to inspectors.
* Support technical investigations and report preparation for any testing discrepancies.
4. Quality Control Engineer
Requirements: S1 degree in Electrical Engineering and active involvement in university or extracurricular organizations.
* Execute daily quality control inspections to uphold product integrity.
* Detect and report any process deviations or non-conformance issues immediately.
* Verify that all product packaging adheres to designated safety procedures.
* Actively contribute to process and product quality improvement projects.
