## Job Description & Core Responsibilities
As a Site Officer Shift, you will serve as the operational linchpin at designated customer locations, ensuring seamless fuel handling and inventory integrity. Your day-to-day duties will encompass a strategic blend of supervision, data management, and cross-functional coordination.
* Operational Oversight: Direct and supervise all receipt, storage, and distribution activities for fuel products at the customer site.
* Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels within safe thresholds to guarantee uninterrupted operational continuity for the client.
* Data Reconciliation: Execute meticulous daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring, recording, and reconciliation of fuel inventories.
* Facility Management: Oversee bulk storage tanks, which includes precise volume measurement, stringent product quality checks, and maintenance of storage infrastructure.
* Loss Management: Identify and report stock discrepancies (gains or losses) promptly, initiating preliminary investigations into potential product shrinkage.
* Process Supervision: Monitor inbound fuel deliveries from suppliers and outbound distribution to end-users in strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with clients, transporters, and internal operational teams to eliminate bottlenecks and secure steady fuel supply chains.
## Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in an Engineering discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in an operational environment; high-potential fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
* Safety Acumen: Solid foundational understanding of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE / K3) protocols alongside field operations.
