## Career Opportunity: Production Operator
We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to support our daily manufacturing processes. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our production lines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining the high standards of quality that our global clients expect.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Production Operator, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
* Executing operational tasks and following technical directives issued by the production supervisor.
* Collecting product samples systematically and conducting necessary processing tests within our dedicated laboratory.
* Performing routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on production machinery to keep equipment in prime working condition.
* Inspecting finished goods continuously to guarantee that all outputs strictly adhere to the company’s quality assurance guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum qualification of a High School Diploma or Vocational High School graduate (SMA / SMK).
* Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience in a similar production, manufacturing, or operational role.
* Teamwork: A proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate smooth handovers and team coordination.
