## About the Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

This vital role centers on managing the complete, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to fulfill the company's dynamic manpower requirements. As a key member of the HR team, you will collaborate directly with hiring managers to proactively source, evaluate, and secure qualified talent efficiently, all while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience and strict adherence to corporate compliance.
Key Responsibilities
To excel in this capacity, the selected candidate will manage several essential human resources functions:
* Manpower Collaboration: Partner closely with internal department heads to analyze, understand, and forecast current and future staffing demands.
