Technical and Ship Management Roles
* Project Lead: Requires a degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in shipyard management and AutoCAD proficiency.
* Fleet Staff & Fleet Technical Staff: Seeking candidates with a background in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering; field-oriented roles requiring 2 years of experience and team leadership skills.
* DPA Staff: Focused on ISM Code and Marine Surveying, requiring technical expertise and proficiency in design software like Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
* Interior Technician: Requires a background in Interior Design (Vocational/Diploma) to manage ship aesthetic and structural interior upgrades.
Onboard and Operational Positions
* Service Crew: Seeking hospitality or tourism graduates who are ready to serve onboard and be stationed outside of Java.
* Deck and Engine Officers:
* Mates (Mualim): Must hold ANT-II, III, or IV certifications with management-level endorsements.
* Engineers (Masinis): Must hold ATT-II, III, or IV certifications with management-level endorsements.
* Radio Officers (Markonis): Must possess SRE-II/SOU certification.
* Operational Ratings: Seeking Kelasi (Deck Ratings) and Oiler (Engine Ratings) with at least 6 months of experience and valid STCW certifications.
* Electrician: Requires ETO or ETR certification and experience in shipboard electrical systems.
Administrative and Support Roles
* Porter / Field Ticket Officer: Open to all degree holders with strong administrative and field service capabilities.
* Driver: Requires a valid SIM A license and deep knowledge of the Surabaya area, with at least 2 years of professional driving experience.
