1. Warehouse Admin
The Warehouse Admin plays a pivotal role in ensuring our logistics operations remain seamless and efficient. You will be responsible for the meticulous management of all administrative tasks related to stock handling.
* Oversee the administrative workflow for inbound shipments, inventory storage, and outbound distribution.
* Ensure all warehouse documentation adheres strictly to company standards and regulatory requirements.
* Generate accurate daily reports to track inventory health.
* Maintain precise records of all stock movements with a high level of attention to detail.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field of study.
* At least one year of professional experience in a warehouse environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain organizational accuracy.
2. Staff Quality Control (QC)
Our Quality Control team is the gatekeeper of our products. As a Staff QC member, you will be instrumental in upholding the high standards of safety and efficacy that the Argon Group is known for.
* Perform In-Process Control (IPC) inspections throughout the production cycle.
* Conduct thorough final product assessments to ensure market readiness.
* Manage stability testing protocols for various product lines.
* Analyze the quality of incoming raw materials and packaging components.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major.
* Proven experience as a QC Analyst or Inspector.
* Direct experience working within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is highly preferred.
