1. Plantation Staff (Agribusiness)
Responsible for overseeing daily plantation operations, including crop nursing, maintenance, and harvesting for commodities such as rubber, durian, avocado, coffee, and cacao.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Agrotechnology/Agriculture (min. GPA 3.00).
* Preferences: Experience in fruit or rubber plantations is advantageous; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
* Location: West Bandung Regency.
2. Site Engineer Assistant Manager (Agribusiness)
Leads coordination with stakeholders, manages tender evaluations, and supervises large-scale construction projects to ensure adherence to budgets and quality standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Industrial Engineering (min. GPA 3.00). Minimum 8 years of construction experience, including 5 years in large-scale project planning (over IDR 50 Billion).
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and BIM.
