## 1. Engineering Development Program (EDP)
The Engineering Development Program is designed for ambitious graduates looking to build a long-term technical career in the energy sector. This program offers intensive training and professional exposure within a dynamic power generation environment.
Candidate Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from a reputable university.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Age Limit: Maximum 24 years old.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is considered a significant advantage.

* Age Limit: Maximum 21 years old as of December 31, 2026.
