## Open Positions
1. Civil Engineering Assistant
* Supervise daily site civil activities and conduct rigorous field inspections.
* Support technical drawing preparation and progress reporting.
* Monitor material inventory and ensure the proper handling of site resources.
* Utilize surveying tools such as Theodolites for precise site measurements.
* Degree (D3/S1) in Civil Engineering.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or SketchUp.
* Strong grasp of structural principles and surveying equipment.
2. Mandarin Translator / Chinese Interpreter
* Provide professional translation between Mandarin, Indonesian, and English.
* Facilitate seamless communication during meetings with Chinese stakeholders.
* Assist in preparing reports and presentations with cultural sensitivity.
* Fluency in Mandarin, Indonesian, and English.
* Proven experience as an interpreter, preferably within the energy or power sector.
* Exceptional organizational skills and cross-cultural communication abilities.
3. Mechanical Engineering Assistant
* Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.
* Maintain accurate records in the SAP Plant Maintenance system.
* Support Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) implementation.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* 1–3 years of experience with turbines, boilers, and pumps.
* Ability to interpret P&IDs and technical manuals.
4. WTP (Water Treatment Plant) Operator
* Ensure consistent supply of treated water while meeting environmental standards.
* Conduct routine inspections of pumps, filters, and dosing systems.
* Manage chemical inventory and adhere to strict safety protocols.
* Junior High School diploma or technical certification.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in water treatment operations.
* Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
5. IT Assistant
* Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networks.
* Manage IT inventory and system documentation.
* Assist in implementing cybersecurity measures and data protection.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
* Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and network configurations.
6. Finance Accounting Assistant (Location: South Konawe)
* Assist with financial statements, budgets, and month-end closing processes.
* Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in finance.
* Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
7. License & Permit Assistant (Location: South Konawe)
* Oversee the lifecycle of operational licenses and permits.
* Act as a liaison between the company and government regulatory bodies.
* Ensure strict compliance with environmental and operational laws.
* Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in permit handling, preferably in the power sector.
