This position is pivotal for maintaining the efficiency of the Human Resources and General Services department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for upholding data integrity and operational compliance.
* Manage and maintain accurate, confidential personnel files and employee documentation.
* Ensure all records are systematically organized in both hardcopy and digital formats.
* Maintain updated databases to ensure data accuracy at all times.
