Core Responsibilities
* Execute daily manufacturing processes strictly according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and direct work instructions.
* Safely and efficiently operate advanced industrial machinery, covering everything from ingredient mixing and filling to sealing and final packaging.
* Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials and packaging components prior to initiating the production cycle.
* Maintain pristine sanitation and hygiene standards across all workspaces, industrial equipment, and machinery.
Candidate Qualifications
* Minimum educational background of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or an equivalent qualification.
* At least one year of hands-on professional experience working as a production operator within the food and beverage manufacturing sector.
* Willingness and flexibility to work in a rotating shift system.
* Proven ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
