Core Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with managing inventory precision and supporting warehouse workflows. Key duties include:
* Material Transaction Management: Overseeing the systematic processing of all incoming and outgoing material shipments.
* Documentation Excellence: Preparing, managing, and organizing delivery notes with high accuracy.
* Inventory Control: Leading and assisting in both weekly and monthly stock opname (physical inventory counts) to ensure zero discrepancy.
* Document Filing: Maintaining a robust filing system to ensure that all warehouse records are organized, secure, and easily accessible for auditing purposes.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To thrive in this position, applicants should possess a strong professional foundation in logistics and supply chain management:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree, preferably in Logistics Management or a related discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience in a similar warehousing or inventory control role.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proven experience working with SAP systems.
* Logistics Knowledge: A deep understanding of FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology and comprehensive knowledge of document control processes.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Communication: Proficiency in English is highly preferred to facilitate effective collaboration within our multinational corporate structure.
