## Current Opening: Waste Management Operator (Forklift Specialist)
PT Daikin Industries Indonesia is currently seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Waste Management Operator to join our dynamic facility team. This role is essential for maintaining our environmental compliance standards and operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
* Waste Handling: Safely manage and store hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste in strict adherence to environmental procedures and material characteristics.
* Inventory Oversight: Maintain accurate logs for waste entering and exiting the Temporary Storage Facility (TPS), ensuring rigorous verification of quantities, types, and transport documentation.
* Facility Maintenance: Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within the TPS area, including proper drum arrangement, precise labeling, and the maintenance of auxiliary equipment.
* Reporting: Compile and submit regular waste management reports to internal management and relevant departments to satisfy both internal and external compliance audits.
Required Qualifications
* Education: Minimum high school diploma or vocational degree (SMA/SMK) in any field.
* Certification: Possession of a valid Forklift Operator License (SIO Forklift).
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, and basic documentation management.
* Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in record-keeping, waste classification, and documentation verification.
* Safety Standards: Working knowledge of waste sorting, storage, and hazardous material handling.
* Compliance: Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols, environmental protection, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and site cleanliness standards.
