## Role Overview: Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing floor, ensuring that our high-quality coatings reach our customers efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for the seamless execution of our filling and packaging processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Production Execution: Manage the complete filling and packaging cycle for various product lines.
* Operational Preparation: Ensure all equipment, including pumps, storage tanks, and labeling machinery, is properly prepared and calibrated for production.
* Quality and Inventory Control: Meticulously calculate production output while verifying that all filled items align with strict quality standards and quantity specifications (FC compliance).
* Operational Readiness: Perform pre-shift checks and maintain a organized workspace to optimize workflow.
Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) with a focus on Science (IPA) or Technical fields.
