## Current Career Opening: Production Operator
PT Chocomory Cokelat Persada is currently inviting applications for the position of Production Operator. This role is essential to maintaining the high operational standards that define the brand, requiring a candidate who is focused, responsible, and ready to uphold quality control in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be tasked with the following duties:
* Operating manufacturing machinery in strict accordance with provided work instructions.
* Conducting routine maintenance of production equipment and ensuring the workspace remains organized.
* Executing regular cleaning protocols for both production machinery and designated work areas.
* Adhering strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5R methodology, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Taking full accountability for the quality of products processed during the shift.
* Meeting daily production targets as established by management.
* Providing clear and accurate performance reports to the Production Team Leader.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Minimum education requirement of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
* Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* A solid understanding of personal hygiene and workplace sanitation standards.
