Program Requirements
We are seeking motivated, high-potential individuals who are ready to make a significant impact. Candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Fisheries, Engineering, Science, or Social Studies.
* Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience post-graduation.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, a strong spirit of collaboration, resilience, and high personal initiative.
* Leadership: Active involvement in organizational activities is considered a distinct advantage.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our operational business sites.
## Career Tracks Within the PRIMA FLEX Program
Participants will be assigned to specific divisions based on their educational background and career goals:
1. Consumer Goods
Focuses on the strategic marketing and sales of our fresh and processed seafood products, as well as our pet food lines.
* Preferred Majors: Economy, Marketing, and Communication.
2. Feed Business
Centers on the distribution and market penetration of our core aquaculture products, including fish/shrimp feed and probiotics.
* Preferred Majors: Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, and Marine Science.
3. Feed Production
Involves the oversight of the manufacturing processes for our high-quality aquaculture and pet nutrition products.
* Preferred Majors: Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
4. Finance & Accounting
Dedicated to managing the core financial health, auditing, and accounting activities of the organization.
* Preferred Majors: Economy and Accounting.
