## Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
* Relevant majors include Accounting (4), Agronomy (1,2,4), Agriculture (1,2,4), Management (2,3,4), Educational Technology (3), Human Resource Management (3), Education (3), Economics (4), Plant Protection (1), Soil Science (1), and Environmental Conservation (1).
* Academic Excellence: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Physical & Mental Health: Candidates must be physically and mentally fit and not colorblind.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Professional Integrity: Must not be under a binding contract with any other company or institution.
* Commitment: Willingness to undergo a 3.5-year service bond and a genuine passion for the palm oil industry.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our company locations.
