* Policy Implementation: Translating corporate Health, Safety, and Environment policies into actionable, on-site procedures.
* Operational Inspections: Conducting regular site walkthroughs to proactively identify potential hazards and verify the safety of the working environment.
* Risk Management: Analyzing operational risks, managing incident responses, and maintaining detailed documentation and reporting for any work-related accidents.
* Safety Training: Educating personnel on proper safety protocols and the correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Regulatory Compliance: Monitoring evolving HSE regulations to ensure that company operations remain fully compliant with regional and national mandates.
## Professional Requirements and Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate who possesses a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to manage safety initiatives effectively. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in a relevant field.
* Certification: Possession of a valid AK3 Umum (General Occupational Health and Safety) certificate is mandatory.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and demonstrated competence in AutoCAD software.
* Regulatory Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of Indonesian Health, Safety, and Environmental laws and regulatory frameworks.
